Refund and cancellation policy
These rules apply to paid engagements for education outcome dashboards, reviews, report packs, and director sessions.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Signal Prismcore Co., Ltd. under a signed engagement letter. Website estimate requests do not involve payment.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing to info@signal-prismcore.click at least seven (7) days before a scheduled discovery visit or session start for a full refund of unused fees, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in the letter.
Full and partial refunds
If we have not started discovery or materials review, unused fees are refundable in full according to the letter. After discovery begins, fees for completed stages are non-refundable; remaining prepaid stages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits marked non-refundable in the engagement letter
- Fees for completed discovery visits, draft reviews, or delivered report packs
- Third-party room or print costs already incurred with your approval
Refund process and timing
Email your request with the engagement reference. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a director session once without fee if you give at least five (5) days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the letter. We may reschedule for illness or travel disruption and will offer a new date promptly.
Deposits and no-shows
Deposits secure calendar time. A no-show without notice forfeits the deposit for that session. For multi-stage dashboard design, a missed discovery visit may delay the timeline without automatic refund of later stages.
Work already started
Draft boards, cleaned spreadsheets, and parent sheet templates prepared under the engagement remain billable for the stages completed. Unused future stages may be cancelled under the partial-refund rules above.
